Sheet Metal Processing

In sheet metal processing, we produce parts formed from sheet metal, which also involves laser cutting and edge bending processes. Our machine park consists of the latest Trumpf and Durma machines. The most commonly used machines include flat lasers, robot edge bending machines, manual NC edge bending machines, press machines, sheet metal straighteners, and NC sheet metal shears. Laser machines and robots are connected to an automatic high-storage system (STOPA), and raw material feeding is fully automated. For robotic bending operations, all fixtures and programs are developed in-house and optimized for each part.
